Classes....
At our classes it doesn't matter
how fit you currently are or even
if you have any martial arts
experience. We are all there to
have fun, learn and get a little
fitter and healthier while doing it too!
It is worth taking note that while we won't spend hour after hour grinding out push ups or crunches......they are part of it and a certain amount of physical activity is on the class schedule. However, in most of our classes we ease in to it by going through a warm up and strech session for approximately 10-15 mins then we'll build our combinations based on the class, the experience levels and abilities.

By going through the motions of the combinations, whether boxing, elbowing, kneeing kicking or even clinching you will get a good work out.
We demonstrate and help with all the techniques and no-one is expected to perform miracles, just do your best and have fun....you'll end up learning no matter what!
We'll always try to finish with something fun or interesting and a warm down stretch too.
